Boil the pasta as per the directions on the package. Once done, rinse under cold water and set aside.

Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a hot skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the chicken slices, sprinkle with some salt and pepper, and cook while stirring for around 5-6 minutes. Take out and keep aside.

Using the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic for a few seconds, then toss in the veggies and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes till they're tender but still a bit crisp.

Put the chicken back in the pan. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and chicken broth. Allow it to bubble softly for 2 minutes, then mix in the cornstarch slurry to give it some thickness.

Add the cooked pasta into the pan with the sauce, chicken, and veggies. Toss it until it's all nicely mixed up. Top with green onions and serve while warm.
