# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons white sugar
02 - 1 packet instant yeast (0.25 oz)
03 - 1/4 cup lukewarm water

04 - 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
05 - 3/4 teaspoon table salt
06 - 1 cup whole milk
07 - 1/4 cup white sugar

→ Dough Basics

08 - 4 cups plain flour
09 - 1/3 cup mashed potato flakes
10 - 1 large egg, whisked
11 - 1/3 cup warm water

→ Citrus Filling

12 - 2 teaspoons freshly grated orange peel
13 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
14 - 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice
15 - 1 cup white sugar
16 - 3 tablespoons soft butter

→ Citrus Frosting

17 - 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
18 - 1 cup confectioners' sugar
19 - 4 ounces cream cheese
20 - 2 teaspoons grated orange peel

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the yeast blend first. Heat up the milk, stir in the base ingredients, then let it cool.
02 - Stir water into potato flakes. Add the egg, milk mix, and yeast. Toss in the flour and knead for 5-10 minutes.
03 - Set dough in an oiled bowl to rise for 60 minutes. Use this time to mix your filling ingredients together.
04 - Roll out the dough, butter it, and spread on the orange filling. Roll it up and slice into 12 even pieces.
05 - Set rolls to puff up for 30-60 minutes, bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F, then cover with the citrus glaze.
