Brown the sausage in a large pan, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Stir the flour into the sausage. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring nonstop until it thickens, roughly 10 minutes. Add a little pepper to taste.

Turn your oven to 400°F to preheat. Lay the pizza crust on a baking sheet and, if you like, brush it with some olive oil. Spread half of the gravy evenly over the crust.

Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl. Spray a pan with cooking spray, then cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until they're set.

Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the gravy-covered crust. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese generously over the eggs.

Pop the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.

Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a couple of minutes to cool down. Slice it up and serve warm.
