Sausage Creamy Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.
02 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
04 - 1 teaspoon blended Italian herbs.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 1/2 cup diced onion.
09 - 1 lb browned Italian sausage.
10 - 8 oz ditalini pasta.
11 - 4 cups chicken stock.
12 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle basil leaves on top before serving.
02 - Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese. Melt them over low heat for 5 minutes.
03 - Turn down the heat to medium level.
04 - Let the mixture boil for about 8 minutes until pasta is perfectly tender.
05 - Mix tomatoes, stock, and pasta, ensuring pasta is fully submerged.
06 - Throw in the garlic and cook another minute.
07 - Stir in onions, pepper, salt, and herbs. Let them cook for 1-2 minutes.
08 - Cook the sausage in a Dutch oven until done. Drain the grease that’s left.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure pasta is just cooked through because it keeps softening in the soup.
02 - Cut the cream cheese into cubes so it melts faster.
