03 - 1 cup regular or low-fat cottage cheese
04 - 1/2 cup milk (add extra if needed)

06 - A pinch of salt and black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
08 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion

# Instructions:

01 - Run the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until it's silky smooth.
02 - In a medium saucepan, warm up the cottage cheese, cheddar, and milk. Stir continuously over medium heat until everything's melted and creamy.
03 - Add the green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until it's all mixed evenly.
04 - If you want it thinner, pour in a little more milk. Serve warm alongside chips or cut-up veggies.
