Panna Cotta Vanilla Bean (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pinch of salt.
02 - ½ cup of sugar.
03 - 1 cup of whole milk.
04 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla paste.
05 - 3 tablespoons of water.
06 - 2 cups of heavy cream.
07 - 1 packet of powdered gelatin.
08 - Some fresh mint leaves.
09 - Pomegranate seeds, optional.
10 - Mixed berries, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the gelatin into the water, letting it sit for around 5 minutes.
02 - Heat cream, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt gently until the sugar dissolves.
03 - Take the pan off the stove. Stir in the softened gelatin until fully blended.
04 - Transfer to individual serving cups and chill in the fridge for 6 hours or more.
05 - Add berries, mint, or seeds if you like. Serve cool.

# Notes:

01 - Store in fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Don’t add fruit or garnish until serving time.
