Mushrooms Spinach Sautéed (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp of olive oil.
02 - 1 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced.
03 - Fresh spinach, 4 cups tightly packed.
04 - Garlic, minced—4 cloves.
05 - Juice from 1 lemon, about 1 tbsp.
06 - Add salt and pepper as you like.
07 - Chopped parsley for topping.
08 - Crushed red chili flakes for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up mushrooms, rinse spinach, chop garlic, and juice your lemon.
02 - Heat olive oil in a big pan on medium.
03 - Toss in the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they’re soft and golden.
04 - Add the minced garlic, stirring it around for a minute or two.
05 - Throw in spinach, add some salt, pepper, and finish with lemon juice right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Try any mushrooms you’ve got on hand.
02 - Spinach shrinks a lot once cooked.
03 - Use freshly minced garlic if you can—it tastes amazing.
