Warm oven to 425°F. Let crust sit out to soften. Dice the strawberries in the filling into smaller parts.

Punch out 4-inch rounds from the crusts. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the filling onto each piece, fold over, and press edges shut using a fork.

Spread a thin coat of whisked egg white over the tops. Bake for 15 mins on parchment-lined tray till they're golden.

Combine powdered sugar with milk. Dip cooled pies in the glaze, then leave them to dry for a few minutes.
