Glazed Strawberry Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
02 - 1 egg white, whisked
03 - 2 packages (14.1 oz each) chilled pie crust

→ Glaze

04 - 1/4 cup milk
05 - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oven to 425°F. Let crust sit out to soften. Dice the strawberries in the filling into smaller parts.
02 - Punch out 4-inch rounds from the crusts. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the filling onto each piece, fold over, and press edges shut using a fork.
03 - Spread a thin coat of whisked egg white over the tops. Bake for 15 mins on parchment-lined tray till they're golden.
04 - Combine powdered sugar with milk. Dip cooled pies in the glaze, then leave them to dry for a few minutes.
