Easter Cadbury Egg Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 tablespoon milk
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - Pinch of kosher salt
04 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 drop yellow food coloring
07 - 3 cups powdered sugar

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces milk chocolate, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Mix corn syrup with softened butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla, powdered sugar, salt, and milk. Split it up and color one half yellow.
02 - Line a pan and spread half the melted chocolate. Add the white layer, followed by the yellow layer, and top with the rest of the chocolate.
03 - Chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes till firm. Warm a sharp knife to neatly cut it into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Use a heated knife to make tidy slices
02 - Semi-sweet chocolate can be swapped in
03 - Adding food coloring isn’t necessary
