Preheat oven to 375°F with a cookie sheet inside. Defrost the pie crust for 10-20 minutes. Use a fork to poke holes on the bottom and sides. Put it on the hot cookie sheet and bake 9-11 minutes until golden and slightly firm.

Whip the cream cheese spread until creamy and smooth. Mix in one egg at a time, making sure each blends well. Stir in the chopped shrimp and shredded pepper Jack cheese last.

Pour the filling into the crust you already baked. Put it back on the cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden on top and the middle doesn't jiggle anymore.

Leave it to rest for 15 minutes before you slice it up and serve it warm.
