Chocolate Sandwich Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - ½ teaspoon salt.
04 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
05 - 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped.
06 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
07 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
08 - 1 cup brown sugar.
09 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
10 - ½ gallon ice cream, pick your favorite.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Grease a jelly roll pan, then line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine baking powder with flour by whisking them together.
03 - On low heat, stir butter, chocolate, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan until smooth.
04 - Stir both sugars into the chocolate mixture. Crack in one egg, mix, then add the second. Gently fold the flour mixture in at the end.
05 - Pour the batter evenly into your prepped pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stop once the top looks dry. Let it cool fully.
06 - Slice the brownie slab into two pieces. Cut off uneven edges. Spread softened ice cream on top of one piece, then lay the other piece over it. Wrap tightly and freeze for 2 hours.
07 - Slice into 12 square pieces or 6 rectangles. Wrap each one separately and put them back in the freezer.

# Notes:

01 - Soften the ice cream about 15 minutes before using.
02 - Will stay good in the freezer for up to 2 months.
03 - Switch it up with any ice cream flavor.
04 - Let them sit 5–10 minutes before eating.
