Grind 26 Oreos to crumbs in a processor, mix with melted butter. Pack it into the pan, bake for 10 minutes.

Whip cream cheese until soft and creamy. Toss in sugar, sour cream, flavor extracts, and salt.

Mix in eggs one by one. Add food dye if you want color.

Fold in half the chopped Oreos left over. Pour the mixture over the crust, sprinkle the rest on top.
