Take out your bread slices and slather on some honey mustard. Halve the cheese slices so you end up with four pieces.

Take two slices of bread and stack them with a piece of cheese, turkey slices, tomato rounds, and spinach.

Place cheese on the remaining bread slices, add bacon, and close your sandwiches by placing these slices on top, butter side up.

Evenly coat the outside of both sides of each sandwich with softened butter.

Warm up your skillet on medium heat and cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side. They're done when the cheese melts and the bread's nicely golden brown.
