# What You'll Need:

→ Key Items

01 - 1 1/2 lbs broccoli florets, cleaned and trimmed
02 - 1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, deveined and peeled
03 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
04 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
05 - 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1 tsp Italian herb mix
08 - 2 tsp onion powder
09 - Salt and freshly ground pepper for flavor
10 - 1/4 cup broth (vegetable works best)
11 - 1 tbsp your favorite hot sauce
12 - Optional: red chili flakes for spice
13 - 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
14 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Warm up a large frying pan on medium heat. Add olive oil (1 tbsp) and one-third of the butter. Toss in broccoli, sprinkle with some salt and pepper, and let it cook for 4-6 minutes until it softens a bit. Take it out and put it aside for later.
02 - Using the same pan, melt the rest of the butter. Toss in the shrimp, season them lightly, and cook for a minute or two on one side.
03 - Add in the garlic, onion powder, paprika, and Italian spices. Stir everything around, flip the shrimp, and let it cook another minute. Pour in the broth and hot sauce, then simmer for a minute or so to bring the flavors together as the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Scoot the shrimp to one corner of the pan, then put the broccoli back in. Coat it all in the sauce. Squeeze the lemon juice over everything, stir, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Top it off with parsley and chili flakes if you're into spice. Serve it hot and dig in!
