Broccoli Salad Low Carb (Printable Version)

Crunchy broccoli and cauliflower mixed with tangy red onions, bacon, and cheese in a creamy yogurt blend. Ideal for BBQs or gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled.
02 - 1 red onion, finely chopped.
03 - 8 ounces of Colby Jack cheese, diced.
04 - 4 cups of cauliflower, broken into small pieces.
05 - 4 cups of broccoli, chopped up.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
08 - 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
09 - 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
10 - 1/2 cup of honey (clover honey works best).
11 - 1/2 cup of mayo.
12 - 1 tablespoon of sugar (only if you like it sweeter).

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, half the bacon, and all the cheese.
03 - Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and stir it all until everything's coated evenly.
04 - Sprinkle the rest of the bacon on top and enjoy it right away.
