# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh blueberries
02 - Sugar (white)
03 - Juice from a lemon
04 - Cornstarch powder

05 - Cream cheese at room temp
06 - White sugar
07 - Egg yolk
08 - Lemon juice
09 - Vanilla essence

→ Dough and Toppings

10 - Sheets of puff pastry
11 - Egg mixed with water
12 - Icing glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch on heat until it thickens.
02 - Form pinwheels, twist strips into braids, or create other shapes.
03 - Whip cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and flavorings till creamy.
04 - Spoon the blueberry and cream cheese mixtures onto the pastry shapes.
05 - Brush dough with egg mixture and bake for 23-25 mins at 400°F.
06 - Cool them off before adding a sweet glaze drizzle.
