Banana Cream Cheese Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - 2 cups plain flour.
06 - 4 bananas, ripe and mashed (makes 1 1/2 cups).
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
08 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
09 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
10 - 3/4 cup regular sugar.
11 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
12 - 1 large egg.
13 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F.
02 - Line or grease a 9x5 pan.
03 - Combine the salt, baking soda, and flour.
04 - Whisk butter and sugar on medium for 3 to 5 minutes.
05 - Mix in the vanilla and eggs until smooth.
06 - Gently fold in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
07 - Slowly mix the dry into the wet.
08 - Stir cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla together.
09 - Alternate bread mix and cream cheese layers in the pan.
10 - Pop into the oven for around 1 hour.

# Notes:

01 - Pick bananas that are extra brown and spotty.
02 - Avoid mixing batter too much.
03 - Stick a toothpick in to check if it's done.
04 - Store it chilled in the fridge.
05 - It stays great after freezing.
