01 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
02 - 2/3 cup canned evaporated milk
03 - 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon butter (unsalted)

05 - 16 jumbo marshmallows
06 - 6 ounces (1 package) of milk chocolate chips
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)

08 - 1 cup nuts, chopped (any kind you like)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium-sized pot, combine your sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and salt. Stir constantly over medium heat until it starts bubbling.
02 - Toss in the chocolate chips and stir until they melt completely and the mixture's smooth.
03 - Take the pot off the burner. Quickly mix in the marshmallows, vanilla, and chopped nuts if you'd like. Keep stirring until the marshmallows are melted into the mix.
