01 - 80 g onion, chopped
02 - 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
03 - 110 g bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 115 g cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 170 g mayonnaise
06 - 1.4 kg potatoes, peeled and diced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - When the timer's done, grab the pan from the oven and dig in while it's still steamy and cheesy.
02 - Slide the pan into your hot oven and let it bake for about 90 minutes. The potatoes need to get soft and the top should look nice and golden.
03 - Scoop in the mayo and stir real good so everything's covered. You want all those potatoes mixed up with the creamy stuff.
04 - Throw your diced potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion into the greased pan. Stir it up so every bite gets a bit of everything.
05 - Set the oven to 163°C and rub a bit of oil or butter on a 23×33 cm pan so nothing sticks.
