When the timer's done, grab the pan from the oven and dig in while it's still steamy and cheesy.

Slide the pan into your hot oven and let it bake for about 90 minutes. The potatoes need to get soft and the top should look nice and golden.

Scoop in the mayo and stir real good so everything's covered. You want all those potatoes mixed up with the creamy stuff.

Throw your diced potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion into the greased pan. Stir it up so every bite gets a bit of everything.
