# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1 cup frozen corn (you can skip it)
04 - 4 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
06 - 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, rinsed and drained
07 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt and pepper, just toss in what you want
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin

→ For Creaminess

12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
13 - 4 ounces cream cheese, left out to soften

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab a ladle and dish while it's still bubbling. Top with cilantro, cheese, lime, or whatever you like.
02 - Drop in that cream cheese and let it melt down. Pour in the heavy cream and keep mixing till it all looks smooth.
03 - Toss in the corn, chicken, white beans, then dump in the broth. Let it all simmer for about 20 minutes so the flavors come together.
04 - Throw in the green chilies and sprinkle on the chili powder, cumin, paprika, plus plenty of salt and pepper.
05 - Start by cooking up the garlic and onion in a big pot on medium until they go soft and smell really good.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want it thick? Smash some beans before you put them in.
02 - Craving more spice? Toss in some diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne.
03 - Corn isn't a must, but it makes it look brighter and adds a bit of sweetness.
