Veggie Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack (1 oz) ranch seasoning.
02 - 6 soft taco-sized flour tortillas.
03 - 3/4 cup finely diced carrots.
04 - 3/4 cup finely chopped cauliflower.
05 - 3/4 cup tiny broccoli bits.
06 - 1/2 diced red bell pepper.
07 - 1 cup sour cream, creamy.
08 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip sour cream and cream cheese together till there are no lumps. Stir in ranch mix.
02 - Smear the ranch mixture over each tortilla, covering the whole surface.
03 - Evenly scatter your chopped veggies over the tortillas.
04 - Roll each tortilla snugly into a log shape.
05 - Cover each log with plastic wrap and chill for at least half an hour.
06 - Slice logs into 1/2 to 1-inch spirals. Serve cold.

01 - Prep up to one day before eating.
02 - Dice veggies super tiny for best taste.
03 - Serve cold and keep refrigerated.
