Three-Color Fudge (Printable Version)

Bright, fun swirled fudge with green, red, and white colors made using vanilla frosting and white chocolate. A perfect holiday delight.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 teaspoon green food color gel.
02 - 1 teaspoon red food color gel.
03 - 1 3/4 cups frosting flavored with vanilla.
04 - 22 oz white chocolate chips (two 11 oz packs).

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Let the edges hang over for easy lifting later.
02 - Using a double boiler on low-medium heat, gently combine the frosting and chocolate until melted.
03 - Every couple of minutes, give it a stir until the mixture is creamy, about 8 to 10 minutes.
04 - Split the melted mixture evenly into three parts.
05 - Stir the red gel into one part, the green into the second, and leave the last one plain.
06 - Spoon out 2 tablespoons of each color into the pan, then swirl them together with a knife to make a neat design.
07 - Put the pan in the fridge and let it sit uncovered for 1 to 2 hours.
08 - Take the fudge out of the pan by pulling up the parchment paper.
09 - Leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes, then slice it into smaller portions.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Fudge hardens quickly, so move fast.
02 - Keep chocolate completely dry, or it might clump up.
