Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Let the edges hang over for easy lifting later.

Using a double boiler on low-medium heat, gently combine the frosting and chocolate until melted.

Every couple of minutes, give it a stir until the mixture is creamy, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Split the melted mixture evenly into three parts.

Stir the red gel into one part, the green into the second, and leave the last one plain.

Spoon out 2 tablespoons of each color into the pan, then swirl them together with a knife to make a neat design.

Put the pan in the fridge and let it sit uncovered for 1 to 2 hours.

Take the fudge out of the pan by pulling up the parchment paper.
