# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles, don’t drain them!
02 - 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning packet
03 - 5 packages (15 shells per pack) frozen phyllo tarts, keep them frozen until use
04 - 1 bottle (8 ounces) ranch dressing
05 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
06 - 1 pound fresh or thawed lean ground beef

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to heat up to 350°F.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease once it’s not pink anymore.
03 - Mix the taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, and chiles into the beef. Let it cook together for about 5 minutes so the flavors combine.
04 - Grab a large bowl, stir the grated cheese and ranch dressing together. Toss in the beef mixture, and mix everything until it’s well combined.
05 - Using a spoon, fill each frozen phyllo tart shell with the beef mixture. Don’t overstuff them!
06 - Place the filled tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes if fresh or 10-13 minutes if using frozen shells. They’re ready when they’re bubbly and steaming hot.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare these in advance and freeze them for later.
02 - Keep the tarts frozen until you’re ready to fill them.
03 - They work great for game day or any kind of party.
