Turn your oven on to heat up to 350°F.

Cook the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease once it’s not pink anymore.

Mix the taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, and chiles into the beef. Let it cook together for about 5 minutes so the flavors combine.

Grab a large bowl, stir the grated cheese and ranch dressing together. Toss in the beef mixture, and mix everything until it’s well combined.

Using a spoon, fill each frozen phyllo tart shell with the beef mixture. Don’t overstuff them!

Place the filled tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes if fresh or 10-13 minutes if using frozen shells. They’re ready when they’re bubbly and steaming hot.
