Turn your oven on to 350°F. Lay parchment paper on your baking sheet, then position the crackers so they’re spread out evenly.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Toss in the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, and mix until it melts. Boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens.

Pour the caramel all over the crackers and use a spoon if needed to make sure everything’s coated. Shake salt over the top.

Put it in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes, keeping an eye out so it doesn’t burn.

Wait until it’s fully cooled. Then break into pieces and stash in a container with a tight lid.
