# Ingredients:

Rice vinegar

Ketchup

Light brown sugar

Soy sauce or tamari
05 -
Canned pineapple juice
→ Thickener

Water

Cornstarch
→ Optional

Red food coloring (natural)
# Instructions:

In a pot, toss in everything except the cornstarch and water combo.

Once it hits a boil, stir in the slurry and let it simmer till it thickens.

Let it cool fully and, if you'd like, add the color boost.

Go for canned pineapple juice instead of fresh.

Stays good in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.

Sugar substitutes work great too.
