Combine the powdered sugar and cream cheese in a little bowl. Stir until it's nice and smooth.

Take half the bread slices and spread the cream cheese mixture on one side. On top of that, layer some strawberry slices, then a bit of jam. Place another slice of bread over the filling to make a sandwich.

In a flat dish, beat the eggs with the milk until everything’s blended together.

Soak both sides of each sandwich in the egg mix. Warm up a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter. Lay the sandwiches in the pan and cook them for a couple of minutes on each side until toasty and golden.

Once they've browned, remove them and drain them on a plate with paper towels. Before eating, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
