01 - 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, diced

05 - 2 cups frozen French fries
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 4 large flour tortillas
09 - 1⁄2 cup sour cream
10 - 1⁄4 cup salsa
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
12 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
02 - Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
04 - Season the steak slices with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
05 - Remove the steak and onion mixture from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
