Chunks of juicy salmon, crisped to perfection, coated in a creamy, sweet-but-spicy sauce. Cook them any way you like: stovetop, baked, or in the air fryer.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon each of smoked paprika and onion powder.
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
04 - 1 pound of salmon fillets, no skin.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne for a spicy kick.
07 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon lime juice for tang.
09 - 1 teaspoon of sriracha.
10 - A teaspoon of honey.
11 - 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix together mayo, sriracha, chili sauce, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
02 - Roast at 400°F for about 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - Cook salmon pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side until you see the color change.
04 - Set to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - Cut the salmon into small chunks and coat them well with oil and spices.
