Seared Branzino Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fillets of branzino.
02 - 2 tbsp of butter (use vegan or regular).
03 - Chopped parsley, 1/4 cup.
04 - Juice of half a lemon.
05 - 1 tsp of garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp of salt.
07 - Black pepper, 1/2 tsp.
08 - Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp.

# Instructions:

01 - Dry the fillets with paper towels. Mix the spices together (pepper, salt, cajun, garlic). Coat the fish all over with seasoning.
02 - Put a skillet on low to medium heat. Melt butter in the pan. Place fillets skin side down. Let them cook for about 3 minutes. Turn them over and cook 3–4 minutes more.
03 - Sprinkle parsley on top. Squeeze the lemon juice over everything. Add a little extra salt if you want.

# Notes:

01 - If you’ve got a lot of fish, cook in batches.
02 - When the fish flakes easily, it’s ready to eat.
03 - Avoid cooking too long or it’ll dry out.
