Hot Seafood Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Half a pound of crab meat, lump style
02 - A big sourdough loaf, hollowed
03 - Half a pound of pre-cooked shrimp, diced

→ Creamy Mixture

04 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix
06 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
07 - 1/4 cup chopped green onion
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika, smoked
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 2 minced garlic cloves
11 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 375°F. Scoop out bread center and save the inside bits for dipping later.
02 - Gently mix in the crab and shrimp with the creamy mixture until blended.
03 - Whisk together the cream cheese, mayo, green onion, seasonings, and mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
04 - Put the seafood filling into the bread. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and brown on top.

# Notes:

01 - Add parmesan cheese on top for extra richness
02 - Serve with vegetable sticks or bread cubes
03 - You can make it into smaller portions too
