Crispy shrimp with buttery wine sauce over pasta, finished with fresh veggies and herbs.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb linguine pasta.
02 - 2 lbs large peeled shrimp.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped parsley.
04 - 2 tbsp garlic paste.
05 - 1/2 cup diced red onion.
06 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
07 - 2 tsp divided lemon pepper.
08 - 2 tsp cajun spice mix, split.
09 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes.
10 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice.
11 - 1 cup panko breading.
12 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for coating).
13 - 1 cup shredded parmesan (for creamy sauce).
14 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter.
15 - 1.5 cups dry white wine.
16 - 2 cups rich heavy cream.
17 - 1 tbsp grated lemon peel.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix panko with cheese and a teaspoon each of lemon pepper and cajun spice. Coat seasoned shrimp and boil pasta the way the packaging tells you.
02 - Cook the shrimp in a shallow pan, 3 minutes per side, until crispy and brown.
03 - With a bit of butter, sauté onion, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes. Pour in wine and cook it down. Add cream and simmer gently. Sprinkle in seasoning and stir in cheese until melted.
04 - Mix the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, then toss shrimp on top and finish with some lemon peel.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep the panko layer thin for a light crunch.
02 - Want extra breading? Dip shrimp in egg rinse first.
03 - This dish tastes best when eaten right away.
