Smoked Sausage Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds baby potatoes, cut into quarters
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into slices

→ Seasonings & Oil

04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

→ Garnish

08 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a baking dish.
02 - Mix the smoked sausage slices, potato quarters, and onion pieces in a big bowl.
03 - Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all together so it's evenly coated.
04 - Spread everything in the prepared dish and cook for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until the potatoes are tender and browned.
