Salted Caramel Sauce (Printable Version)

Super fast caramel sauce made with butter and sugar. Adds flavor to desserts in no time.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
02 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat.
02 - Add brown sugar and milk. Stir constantly until boiling, then boil 2 minutes.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Add more salt to taste once cooled.
04 - Pour into jar. Cool before using. Refrigerate if not using same day.

01 - Works with any type of milk
02 - Stir if sauce separates
03 - Can microwave to thin if too thick
