Cheesy Ranch Potatoes Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Potatoes

01 - 2 pounds diced potatoes
02 - 1 pound thinly sliced smoked sausage

→ Sauce & Seasonings

03 - 1/2 cup milk
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
05 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
06 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
07 - Add salt and pepper as needed

→ Vegetables

08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 onion, diced small
10 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and let it preheat.
02 - Cook the sausage slices in a big skillet over medium heat until browned. Take them out and put them aside.
03 - Using the same pan, soften the diced onion and minced garlic until they are see-through and tender.
04 - In a big bowl, mix the potatoes, sausage, onion and garlic mix, cheese, ranch seasoning, milk, and melted butter. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
05 - Spread the mix in a buttered baking dish. Cover it with foil and bake for an hour. Take off the foil and bake another 15 minutes until the potatoes soften and the top gets golden.
06 - Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Stick a fork in the potatoes to check if they're soft before taking them out.
02 - Leave the dish to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
