Quick Pepper Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
02 - 1.5 pounds of flank steak, sliced thin.
03 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
04 - 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
06 - 2 green onions, chopped.
07 - 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger.
08 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
09 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips.
10 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips.
11 - 1 onion, sliced thin.
12 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
13 - 3 minced garlic cloves.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
02 - Let the beef soak in the mixture for 15 minutes.
03 - Quickly fry the beef in oil until it browns.
04 - Set the cooked beef aside after frying.
05 - Cook the veggies in the pan with ginger and garlic.
06 - Add the beef back into the pan with the veggies.
07 - Add some salt and pepper.
08 - Sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
