Ice Cream Pudding Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 stick of melted butter
02 - 65 crushed Ritz crackers
03 - 2 spoons of sugar

→ Filling

04 - 2 packs of coconut-flavored instant pudding
05 - Half a gallon of vanilla ice cream
06 - A cup of milk
07 - 1/2 cup of toasted coconut, split in half

# Instructions:

01 - Leave ice cream out to soften. Preheat oven to 350°F. Turn crackers into finely crushed bits.
02 - Combine cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Spread it evenly in a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.
03 - Whisk milk with pudding mix. Fold in softened ice cream and two tablespoons of the toasted coconut.
04 - Layer the filling over the cooled crust. Sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

01 - Serve it chilled or frozen based on your preference.
02 - Try swapping the pudding for different flavors.
