Easy Pressure Cooker Joes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 medium green pepper, chopped into small bits
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves
03 - 2 pounds of ground beef, as lean as possible
04 - 1 medium onion, diced into small pieces
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

→ Sauce

06 - A teaspoon of dry mustard powder
07 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
08 - A full 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
09 - 1 cup of water, cold or room temp
10 - Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper
11 - Kosher salt, about a teaspoon
12 - 2 teaspoons of chili powder for extra kick
13 - 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
14 - 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a pan until it crumbles and turns brown. Get rid of any grease and keep the meat aside.
02 - Soften the onion, garlic, and pepper in the oil by cooking them for 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Add tomatoes, water, and your spices to the pot. Stir and scrape the bottom to mix everything. Put the cooked meat back in and mix it up again.
04 - Seal the lid tight, set it to cook under high pressure for 6 minutes. Release the steam right after, and let it thicken up if it’s still too liquidy.

# Notes:

01 - Scrape the pot's surface well to avoid sticking and burning.
02 - Chop your veggies into tiny pieces for an even texture.
03 - If the sauce is too thin, mix cornstarch with water to thicken it.
