# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pistachios
02 - 1 cup salted butter, softened
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, add 1 cup pistachios and pulse until the consistency resembles coarse sand.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the softened salted butter until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
03 - Mix in the vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.
04 - Add the processed pistachios to the bowl and give it a quick mix.
05 - Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing well between each addition until smooth.
06 - Frost immediately or store covered in an airtight container.
