# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - Unsalted butter, melted
02 - White and brown sugars
03 - Graham cracker crumbs

04 - Cream cheese, softened
05 - Heavy cream at room temperature
06 - Sour cream, not cold
07 - Vanilla extract
08 - Cornstarch
09 - Granulated sugar
10 - Eggs warmed to room temperature

→ Fruit

11 - Pineapple chunks from a can
12 - Maraschino cherries cut into halves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Get a 6x3-inch pan ready.
02 - Combine cracker mixture, push into pan base, and bake 10–12 minutes.
03 - Whip softened cream cheese, add creams, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch. Blend till smooth.
04 - Stir in eggs. Gently fold in pineapple and cherries.
05 - Bake for 12 minutes at 300°F, then 95 minutes at 225°F. Let cool inside oven.
06 - Refrigerate it overnight before serving.
