Dill Pickle Cheeseball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Chopped dill pickles, very fine
02 - Juice from dill pickles
03 - Softened cream cheese, full fat

→ Seasonings

04 - Cracked black pepper
05 - Ground garlic powder
06 - Onion powder, fine
07 - Dried dill weed, crushed

→ Mix-ins

08 - Chopped green onions
09 - Cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Coating

10 - Extra cheddar, shredded
11 - Fresh sprigs of dill (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk pickle juice into the cream cheese till smooth and blended completely.
02 - Combine onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried dill into the mixture.
03 - Gently stir in shredded cheese, diced pickles, and green onions till combined evenly.
04 - Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap, create a ball shape, and chill in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
05 - Coat the ball completely with extra shredded cheese and fresh dill if you'd like, then serve.

# Notes:

01 - Needs a minimum of 2 hours to chill properly for flavors to develop.
02 - Perfect for making it the evening before.
03 - Fresh dill on the coating is optional, but plain cheese works well too.
