Pizza dough packed with melted cheese, zesty pepperoni, and tasty herbs, baked golden brown and served with marinara on the side.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
02 - 1 cup pepperoni slices
03 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

→ Seasonings and Garnish

05 - Fresh parsley (optional topping)
06 - Salt and black pepper, as needed
07 - 1 teaspoon basil (dried)
08 - 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Shape the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured counter or table.
03 - Spread mozzarella over the dough, but keep a small edge clear. Add the pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
04 - Roll the dough into a log shape, folding the edges in to keep the filling tucked in. Place it on a baking sheet with parchment, seam facing down.
05 - Use a brush to coat the outside with olive oil. Dust it lightly with more garlic powder and oregano.
06 - Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and gooey inside.
07 - Let it rest briefly, then slice and serve. Dip in marinara and top with parsley if you'd like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Switch up the flavors with extras like sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
02 - Add Parmesan cheese on top before baking for an extra punch.
03 - Perfect for planning ahead - wrap slices individually and reheat whenever.
