Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.

Shape the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured counter or table.

Spread mozzarella over the dough, but keep a small edge clear. Add the pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.

Roll the dough into a log shape, folding the edges in to keep the filling tucked in. Place it on a baking sheet with parchment, seam facing down.

Use a brush to coat the outside with olive oil. Dust it lightly with more garlic powder and oregano.

Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and gooey inside.

Let it rest briefly, then slice and serve. Dip in marinara and top with parsley if you'd like.
