Peanut Butter Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
02 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter

→ Chocolate Layer

04 - 2 1/2 cups chocolate melting chips

# Instructions:

01 - Put paper liners into a cupcake tray.
02 - Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until creamy. Scoop into a piping bag.
03 - Melt chocolate, then drop 2 teaspoons into the base of each liner.
04 - Pipe in peanut butter mixture, then spoon 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate on top.
05 - Pop in the fridge for an hour until completely set.
