Put paper liners into a cupcake tray.

Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until creamy. Scoop into a piping bag.

Melt chocolate, then drop 2 teaspoons into the base of each liner.

Pipe in peanut butter mixture, then spoon 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate on top.

Pop in the fridge for an hour until completely set.
