02 - 3 ounces baking chocolate, melted
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

→ Peanut Butter Crunch Topping

09 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
10 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
12 - 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x9-inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine melted butter, melted chocolate, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
03 - Add salt, baking powder, and flour to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
04 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread peanut butter evenly on top. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
05 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with butter in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in Rice Krispies cereal.
06 - Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer. Transfer the pan to the fridge and let cool completely until set, about 30 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Increase Rice Krispies cereal to 1 1/2 cups if you prefer extra crunch.
02 - To speed up cooling, place the pan in the freezer briefly after spreading peanut butter.
