Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x9-inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine melted butter, melted chocolate, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.

Add salt, baking powder, and flour to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread peanut butter evenly on top. Allow to cool for 1 hour.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with butter in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in Rice Krispies cereal.

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer. Transfer the pan to the fridge and let cool completely until set, about 30 minutes.
