Oreo Cookie Delight (Printable Version)

Creamy, rich Oreo cheesecake with a cookie base and chunks inside. A true crowd-pleaser.

# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - 30 Oreos
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling

03 - 4 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
05 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
07 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 10 Oreos, chopped

→ Topping

11 - Whipped cream
12 - Additional Oreos for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat to 325°F. Wrap springform pan with foil for water bath.
02 - Process Oreos to crumbs, mix with melted butter. Press into pan and chill.
03 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then remaining ingredients. Fold in chopped Oreos.
04 - Place in water bath, bake 50-60 minutes until center jiggles slightly. Cool in oven 1 hour, then refrigerate 4 hours.
