# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 2 tbsp (15g) shredded parmesan with less fat
02 - 1 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
03 - 1 lb chicken breast tenders, chopped into small chunks
04 - 1 tbsp garlic and pepper blend

→ Pasta and Sauce

05 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
06 - 1 tbsp sugar alternative (like stevia or Swerve)
07 - 8.5 oz bag of rotini pasta
08 - 15 oz can of plain tomato sauce
09 - 2 tbsp garlic pepper blend

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the chicken chunks into a bag with red pepper, parmesan, and garlic pepper. Mix until coated evenly, then chill for half an hour or longer.
02 - Warm a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4 minutes, then flip and continue for another 2-3 minutes until done.
03 - Stir together tomato sauce, garlic pepper, sugar replacement, and red pepper in a bowl.
04 - Follow the package directions to make the pasta.
05 - Stir the pasta and sauce into the cooked chicken. Let it heat up until blended and warm.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping the marinade for 3 tbsp Nando's Peri-Peri Garlic sauce along with 1/4 cup parmesan.
02 - Use jarred pasta sauce instead of mixing your own if preferred.
