# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
02 - 1 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
04 - 1 cup soft brown sugar.
05 - 2 teaspoons baking soda.
06 - 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature.
07 - 3 cups regular flour.
08 - 1 cup sour cream.
09 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
10 - 4 super-ripe bananas.
11 - Pinch of salt.
12 - 3 ounces softened cream cheese.
13 - 2 large eggs.
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
16 - Chopped nuts for garnish, like pecans or walnuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and prep a bundt pan with grease and dusting of flour.
02 - Combine baking soda, flour, and salt with a whisk.
03 - Beat together butter and sugars until smooth. Mash in bananas, add vanilla, then mix in eggs, one by one.
04 - Add the dry mix and sour cream, stirring lightly until it all comes together.
05 - Fill your bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out dry.
06 - Leave it in the pan for 20 minutes, then tip it onto a rack and let it chill completely.
07 - Blend together cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and a dash of salt. Spread evenly once the cake is cool.
