Beat together butter and sugars until smooth. Mash in bananas, add vanilla, then mix in eggs, one by one.

Add the dry mix and sour cream, stirring lightly until it all comes together.

Fill your bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out dry.

Leave it in the pan for 20 minutes, then tip it onto a rack and let it chill completely.

Blend together cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and a dash of salt. Spread evenly once the cake is cool.
