# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - ½ cup white sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
05 - 1 ½ cups almond flour
06 - ½ cup regular flour

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - ½ cup plain yogurt
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - ½ cup soft butter, unsalted
10 - ¼ cup almond milk
11 - ½ teaspoon almond flavoring
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

→ Topping

13 - Optional: almond slices

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper after greasing it lightly.
02 - Stir together both flours, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
03 - Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer until it feels fluffy and looks pale, about 2 minutes.
04 - Mix eggs one by one into the butter, followed by the almond and vanilla flavorings.
05 - Alternate adding dry ingredients and yogurt/milk into the liquid mix. Pour into the pan, sprinkle almonds if you like, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
