Mini Waffle Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - Egg (large)
02 - Buttermilk
03 - Cornbread mix packet

→ Extras

04 - Bacon bits
05 - Cheddar (shredded)

→ Sweet Topping

06 - Pinch of salt
07 - Maple syrup if preferred
08 - Honey drizzle
09 - Butter (unsalted)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the mix, egg, and buttermilk together. Toss in bacon and cheese if you'd like.
02 - Spoon out 1 tablespoon portions into the waffle iron. Let them cook for 3 to 4 mins.
03 - Melt the honey with the butter. Add maple syrup if needed and stir till smooth.
04 - Pour the warmed syrup over the waffle pieces and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Jalapeños or cinnamon add a fun twist to the batter.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 72 hours.
