Combine butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.

Coat the cups of a muffin tray with a layer of the garlic butter mix.

Roll dough into balls about the size of ping-pong balls and set them in the buttered muffin cups.

Let the dough balls sit, covered, until they puff up to about twice their original size.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Push the middle of the dough down in each cup to create space. Use more butter for brushing the dough.

Layer marinara, cheese, and pepperoni in the dough cups. Add another layer of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and sprinkle Italian seasoning. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
