03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper, black.
05 - 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped.
06 - 1/4 cup parmesan, grated.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1 pound dough for pizza.
09 - 1 cup of marinara.
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
11 - Italian seasoning.
12 - 8 ounces pepperoni, turkey.
13 - Optional: ranch for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.
02 - Coat the cups of a muffin tray with a layer of the garlic butter mix.
03 - Roll dough into balls about the size of ping-pong balls and set them in the buttered muffin cups.
04 - Let the dough balls sit, covered, until they puff up to about twice their original size.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Push the middle of the dough down in each cup to create space. Use more butter for brushing the dough.
06 - Layer marinara, cheese, and pepperoni in the dough cups. Add another layer of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and sprinkle Italian seasoning. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - They're best when enjoyed warm alongside ranch dip.
02 - Feel free to switch up the toppings to what you like!
03 - A fun choice for snacks or party treats.
