Lobster Shrimp Scampi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
02 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, high quality.
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
06 - 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced.
07 - Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
08 - 1/4 cup dry white wine or substitute.
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
10 - 1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and peeled.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a big skillet on medium heat. Cook shrimp for a couple of minutes per side, just until they turn pink. Take them out and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, melt butter. Toss in the garlic and stir until it smells amazing, about 60 seconds.
03 - Add wine, lemon juice, and a pinch of pepper flakes. Let everything bubble and cook until it slightly thickens, around 3 minutes.
04 - Put shrimp back into the pan. Stir them around to cover them completely in the flavorful sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Finish by sprinkling Parmesan cheese and parsley on top. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Pasta like linguine pairs perfectly with this.
02 - Chicken broth works as a wine substitute.
03 - Good for 2 days if stored in the fridge.
